Billie Eilish has asked listeners questions like "What Was I Made For?" and "When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?" But now, she has a question for her celebrity friends: Is your refrigerator running?
In a video for Elle released Wednesday, the "Birds of a Feather" singer, 22, prank called several A-list stars on camera, which seemed like torture for her given, she stressed, "I hate pranks."
The Grammy-winner started off by calling Margot Robbie, whom she worked with on "Barbie." Though Eilish expressed anxiety that she doesn't "even know Margot like that," Robbie was surprisingly understanding as the singer asked if she could film an elaborate music video at her house on short notice. The actress told Eilish she would normally say yes if she weren't packing up her home, but she began asking follow-up questions to see if she could help find another location before being let in on the joke.
Eilish told Robbie she was "so embarrassed," but the "Wolf of Wall Street" star didn't mind. "Prank me any time," she said. "And also, if you ever have a real request like that, feel free to call me."
While they were chatting, Robbie also praised Eilish's latest album "Hit Me Hard and Soft," saying she is "obsessed" and "cannot stop listening to it."

Eilish soon after called Tyler, the Creator to claim she pooped her pants on a date and needed to go to his house to take a shower. "Honestly? Fire," the rapper said, and after finding out it was all a prank for Elle, he joked, "That's the content that they're doing for journalism now?"
The singer then called up Dakota Johnson to tell her she needed advice after being cast in a movie as a baby. The "Madame Web" star, sounding bewildered, asked if the movie was "meant to be funny" and if this was a "Benjamin Button" scenario. She laughed as Eilish said she needed a dialect coach who could teach her how to make baby sounds.
Billie Eilishopens up about lifelong battle with depression: 'I've never been a happy person'
"What's weird is that I thought, 'Oh, she's calling me because we just talked the other day,' and then I was like, 'Oh, no, this is too ridiculous,'" Johnson said after finding out it was a joke, adding that she was about to tell the singer, "Don't you have enough money already?"
Eilish also called up the head of her label, Justin Lubliner, to announce that she's quitting music. "I could throw up right now," she said before placing the call. But Lubliner just asked Eilish if everything was OK as she doubled down. "That really hit me deep," he said after she revealed she was kidding. "You sounded really upset. I was about to pull up to wherever you are and give you a hug."
Billie Eilishon feeling 'protective' over Olivia Rodrigo: 'I was worried about her'
For Eilish, the takeaway from the video seemed to be how nice and understanding everyone was to her despite her ridiculous requests, though she joked the pranks would "make me have revoked famous-person-number rights."
Eilish is coming off the release of her third studio album "Hit Me Hard and Soft," which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. In March, she won the Oscar for best original song for "What Was I Made For?" from "Barbie," making her and her brother Finneas O’Connell the youngest two-time Oscar winners. She previously won for her James Bond theme "No Time to Die."
Eilish is set to head on tour for "Hit Me Hard and Soft" in the fall.
